D and L Woodworking

• Welcome to D & L Woodworking. We are a
  husband and wife business, specializing    in
  Adirondack style furniture, bird houses, and
  decorative painting, since 1995.
  
• We offer our own design of chairs, rockers,
  park benches, garden benches, swings and
  tables. All of our furniture is constructed with
  clear western red cedar. The lumber is
  custom cut to our dimensions, allowing us to
  use lumber that is thicker than most available
  furniture. Vertical grain lumber is used
  extensively in our furniture. We glue and
  screw all joints. The screw heads are then
  covered with wood plugs for a finished look.
  The benches are all made with mortise and
  tenon joinery . This allows for a strong and
  good looking joint. Benches can be custom
  ordered   All furniture comes with “Sunfrog”
  deck sealer and fully assembled.
  
• We also offer a line of victorian style bird
  houses.
  
• Linda is an acrylic painter and teaches in her
  studio in fall and winter months.
